Based out of Los Angeles, she leads an innovative Corporate Training & Development firm specializing in interactive experiences on Leadership, Inclusion & Management. A distinguished keynote speaker, seasoned facilitator, and gentle Executive Coach, Chelsea provides counsel to CEOs, celebrities and anyone with a heartbeat. Her clients include global powerhouse brands such as PepsiCo, General Mills, YUM! Brands, Heineken, NCAA, Morgan Stanley, Eli Lilly, Spin Master (The Home of The Rubik's Cube), and Kendo (The Home of Fenty Beauty by Rihanna). The Coaching Factory is a certified minority business enterprise (MBE) and has designed and facilitated experiences from Nassau to North Hollywood. The Coaching Factory's experience "3 Powerful Practices of the Influential Leader" was named the #1 rated event during PepsiCo’s Career Week. Chelsea also serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. Prior to founding The Coaching Factory, Chelsea was the Director of Human Resources at the WNBA team The Los Angeles Sparks after launching her career reporting directly to the Chief Diversity Officer at General Electric (GE). Her complex roles in social impact, strategy, sales, and HR honed her skills in the areas of, talent development, new hire experience, supporting executive leadership, coalition building and executive coaching.
After beginning college at the age of sixteen, Chelsea earned two Bachelor's Degrees from Purdue University in Public Health Promotion & Public Relations. As she emerged as a leader on campus and in her community, she launched a successful global campaign to serve as the National 2nd Vice President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., the world's largest non-profit public service sorority. For a three year term she focused on overseeing, and retaining the Sorority's 350,000+ initiated members. She is currently a member of the Los Angeles Alumnae Chapter. In 2025, the International President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. bestowed upon her the first Catalyst of Change Award which honors a member whose work embodies courage, conviction and vision to spark transformative change.
Chelsea was named Purdue University's Outstanding Alumni under 35 and in 2025, she was named to Purdue University's Fraternity, Sorority & Cooperative Life's list of 150 Most Influential Alumni joining Orville Redenbacher, Drew Brees and Neil Armstrong.
Chelsea holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Communication from Northwestern University and is a proud Director on the Northwestern Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is also a member of The Council of 100, an invitation-only group of Northwestern’s top female alumnae executives committed to mentoring the next generation of Wildcats.
Chelsea is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute and her work has been featured in The Hollywood Reporter. If she’s not writing or with a client, you can find her arranging flowers, napping, exercising, or glued to FaceTime with her nieces and nephew, Chyla, Cadyn and Croix. Chelsea is currently in production on a television show based on her prolific work.
Jacob Reel is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Coaching Factory. He has a BA in User Experience Design from DePaul University and excels in dynamic roles that call upon a range of skills. He seamlessly blends administrative prowess with creative design skills, enhancing corporate interactions. Jacob meticulously manages the CEO's schedule for optimal clarity and collaborates with diverse companies, including Fortune 500 entities, ensuring effective training coordination while fostering a genuine connection with clients.
Jacob is based out of Chicago and when he isn't working for The Coaching Factory you can find him out in nature, exploring new neighborhoods, hanging out with friends, or enjoying some alone time with a good book.

Stately formerly worked in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble and received her B.A. from Purdue University and her MBA from Texas Woman's University.
